If your server supports modrewrite you get the login form just with http://myweb/folderZenPhotoInstalled/admin
There is also a user-login-out plugin that enableds a link (if the theme supports it, where is also theme dependent.)
Download link is on most officially themes available if you click on the sized images. If you want an extra link you have to modify the theme. This has been often discussed already.
